Our customer support department is managed and staffed by degreed accountants who can quickly understand your question or problem. We provide your organization with a dedicated support representative who will answer any of your questions and take the necessary steps, including engaging any other Business force staff member required. The result is 90% of our calls are resolved on the same day.

    We offer free remote assistance to get you rolling as fast as possible. Please save all open documents and backup any important files before starting the remote assistance session.

  • Hands-on training sessions
  • Our training sessions are designed to make you and your staff experts with your new B.force System right away. We offer 1-on-1 or group sessions, and you can even learn remotely via Skype or TeamViewer Meeting.

  • On-site support
  • Business Force Has Support Team available for a rapid response should you need on-site assistance. Sometimes, technology problems cannot be addressed through a call to our Support help desk so we quickly escalate your call and deliver a qualified engineer to your site to fix the problem so that you can focus on your business.
